What Mentoring Can Do for You

Our mentoring programme is all about empowering you to understand the unique way your brain works and how to build the career you choose. It's perfect for young adults aged 14 and older who are just starting to think about careers they might like or those who have finished school and are trying to figure out what to do next.

  • Our mentors all have lived or professional experience with neurodiversity
  • Choose weekly sessions that last either 30 minutes or an hour, based on what works best for you.
  • We want to talk in a way that you’re most comfortable with, so we’ll ask you what works best.
  • If you're 14 or older and are neurodivergent, or think you might be, you can join—no need for a formal diagnosis.
  • This isn’t therapy or counselling. We focus on understanding and celebrating being neurodivergent, whilst supporting and guiding you with compassion.
  • You decide what to talk about in the sessions and we will guide you through whatever comes up.
  • Right now, our programme is for those living in the UK. Sessions are online so anyone across the country can sign up.
