I am a fully qualified and highly experienced BACP Accredited Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist (Level 7), providing a confidential and professional counselling service. I also offer professional Supervision to counsellors, mental health professionals and third sector organisations.

I am a Relational Integrative Counsellor which means I am able to combine theory and techniques from a variety of major theoretical approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred and Psychodynamic and integrate them into a single approach. This has the advantage of being incredibly flexible and creative in my practice and tailor my work to your specific needs or goals. 

My Counselling practice aims to give you the opportunity to explore your problems, distresses, or any difficult situations that you are experiencing in a confidential, non-judgmental, safe, and supportive environment. My aim is to make your counselling experience a positive one and is at a pace that best suits your needs.

As a Counsellor I feel privileged to be part of your journey and work to facilitate you through your difficulties so that they become more manageable. Working collaboratively together we can find creative and positive ways forward by looking at your problems from different perspectives to find meaning in your life, and/or help you acquire new skills/techniques to assist you in overcoming the issues you are facing.

My aim is to develop an open and genuine therapeutic relationship with you to provide guidance and support for your needs. We will review regularly how you are finding our work together and how you are feeling between sessions.
