We are mostly over the age of 35, and about half women. lt is a member-led group and we also have activities such as summer outings and speakers on helpful topics sometimes. Most recently, someone from Shelter the housing charity talked to us about help with housing problems faced by autistic people.

Our group provides a safe space where we can meet people likely to understand our experiences in an atmosphere of trust and understanding, and possibly make new friends. Over 10 people usually attend in-person meetings.
