Provides a free, confidential information and advice service offering independent information and support to disabled people and anyone with an interest in disability. The services include: help with benefit claims; representation at appeals; rights to services; general advice on housing, education, employment etc. There is a Duty Information Officer available for telephone advice and an appointment system is in operation for more in depth assistance, eg completing benefit forms, advice on appeals.
