Leigh-Anne Lamb - Deputy Principal
I am Leigh-Anne Lamb, Deputy Principal at Radlett Lodge School. I have been at Radlett Lodge School for 13 years. I completed my Psychology degree in South Africa and came over to the UK in 2012. I obtained my Qualified Teacher Status in June 2018. I was Head Further Education and was lucky enough to work closely with our families, planning and preparing their young people for life after school. I am passionate about our pupils and young people receiving the education they deserve. I work closely with our amazing team of teachers to ensure that our curriculum is delivered in a way that our pupils understand and are able to access. We work together to ensure the curriculum at Radlett Lodge School is bespoke by meeting the needs of each individual, and ambitious ensuring we are creating as many opportunities for our pupils to achieve success. I have recently obtained my NPQ in Senior Leadership.
