It has been announced that Monday 19 September, the date of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s State Funeral, will be a national Bank Holiday.  

All schools are expected to close for the bank holiday and therefore we are advising that the Sybil Elgar School will be closed to mark this day of respect.
