I’m Ellie Freeman SEN Lead Manager and Designated Safeguarding Lead. I have worked at Radlett Lodge School for over 15 years in the school and previous Residential. I have dedicated my entire career to improving quality of education and care for children and young people with Autism. I am passionate about improving opportunities for our pupils and focusing on their aspirations as they progress to adulthood. I have a BA open degree that covered Mental Health Support, Leadership and Management and Working with Young People and Families.
