Luke Stone
Deputy Principal & SENCO
Luke is our Deputy Principal and school SENCO. Luke is a qualified SENCO, achieving the National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordination, alongside his PGCE in Primary Education. Luke has experience of working at a large all year’s school as SENCO as well as teaching at both primary and secondary level in special educational needs settings.
Luke is passionate to ensure all students have the best possible opportunities and provision in order to be successful. He is looking forward to working closely with parents, teachers and the therapy team to provide the best possible outcomes for students. Luke is also the Quality of Life lead at Helen Allison school and has developed a curriculum that develops students and family’s quality of life so children leave our school with the independent skills to follow their chosen pathways.
Luke is also the Safeguard Lead at the Helen Allison School and works closely with many external partners and parents/carers to ensure the safety of all who attend the school.
