Milton Close
Milton Close has seven individual supported living flats in the Lancashire market town of Great Harwood. We provide person centred support to enhance independence.

Service facilities
- Fully functional one bedroom flats, separate kitchen, lounge and three piece bathroom.
- Communal lounge with TV and evening activity programme in one building.
- CCTV in second building for communal hallway.
- Milton Close is a fifteen minute walk to Great Harwood town centre and local amenities including a leisure centre, library, supermarkets and health centre.
- The supported living office is based in the town centre. The service is on a major bus route to larger towns including Accrington and Blackburn.

The service currently provides support to seven autistic adults with Asperger Syndrome. Referred individuals would require background support and therefore be fairly independent.
Admission criteria:
- have appropriate funding
- be over 18 years of age
- have an autism diagnosis
Milton provides a warm welcoming environment for all based on valuing each and everyone, active listening and real communication. There is a real sense of work and helping people to grow, leisure and purposeful down time is managed sensitively.
