The National Autistic Society's West Suffolk branch is run by a voluntary committee of parents of autistic people. They offer support and activities for families affected by autism. The activities they offer are:
- a youth group (age 10+)
- computer gaming evenings
- ten-pin bowling groups (Bury St Edmunds and Sudbury)
- an adult and their carers support group
- a LEGO Club (by application)
- a drop-in cafe in Sudbury
- an autism friendly Christmas party
- family picnics
- other one-off events.
