Our Supporter Care telephone line will be closed from 2pm on Tuesday 24th December until 10am Thursday 2nd January 2025. All email enquires received during this time will be responded to within 10 working days from when we reopen.

Our Supporter Care team is here to help with enquiries relating to fundraising, membership, events and feedback.
Please be aware that our Supporter Care team is not a crisis service. If you need urgent help, please visit our urgent help page.
The team can answer enquiries about:
- our membership
- our fundraising activities, including organise your own events and our events
- donating to our charity
- changing your contact details, Gift Aid declaration or how we communicate with you
- how to give feedback about our charity.
The team is not able to:
- provide information and advice about autism, but you can find a wide range of information in our advice and guidance section. Topics include diagnosis, behaviour, communication, sensory differences, physical and mental health, benefits and money, education, and more.
