There is an Integrated Resource within a mainstream school. The Integrated Resource supports the inclusion of pupils with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) into mainstream. There is also a specialist curriculum within the Resource. The Resource is open at break and lunchtimes to support students’ needs. There are pupils with other associated difficulties in addition to those with an ASD. Volunteers may be accepted to work with the pupils. Respite services offered by the school are for their own pupils only. The total number of pupils in the Integrated Resource is 37. The teacher to pupil ratio varies.
