I offer psychotherapy/counselling in person in Leeds LS6, and online via VSee (similar to Skype/Facetime but with a level of security appropriate for online healthcare provision). I recommend you access the free 15-minute consultation via VSee or in person so you can see me and hear my voice before making a decision about whether to have therapy with me. I work with depression, anger, low mood, anxiety, depersonalisation, derealisation and numbness. I specialise in trauma and dissociation, and have undertaken the European Society for Trauma and Dissociation Foundation and Post-Foundation training. I offer play therapy, creative therapy and talking therapy. Her counselling approach is humanistic, integrative and intersubjective.
