Friday Football Club is a group for adults with High Functioning Autism and Aspergers Syndrome.

The group is for individuals who want to improve their general fitness, have a passion for football and a willingness to learn new skills. You do not have to be a skilled or experienced footballer to join this group.

The aims of the group is to improve the individual's self confidence and fitness levels, learn how to work within a strong and organised team, meet like-minded friends and have fun!

Whilst at the group individuals can choose to learn coaching skills and work towards achieving a Football Association accredited coaching badge; once completed this qualification could be used to obtain paid employment.

Friday football club is held weekly on Fridays, from 11.00am - 3.00pm in High Barnet.
