PACT for Autism
Harlow
Main information
Type of service: Local groups
Website: https://www.pactforautism.org.uk/
We support autistic individuals, parents, carers and professionals by providing various services such as support and information phonelines, holding support & information meetings (with guest speakers), providing webinars and information workshops supported by a variety of services, sharing useful information via email and sign-posting to partner organisations and services.
We offer several local activities, that our registered individuals can access, including soft play for young children and families and an art therapy project for young women. We also offer the opportunity to attend trips for registered families and individuals, throughout the year.
We work closely with education, health, social care and county services so that we ensure the autistic voice is heard and represented across a broad range of issues.
We continually aim to develop long term strategies with local communities that will improve living, working and social opportunities for autistic individuals.
