Type of service: Social groups
Support group for adults with Asperger syndrome (whether diagnosed or not) in Sheffield. The meetings provide an opportunity to meet others with Asperger syndrome and to socialise and share experiences. We also have speakers from time to time that may be of interest to members. For example we have had speakers from the Sheffield Hallam University's Autism Centre, the National Autistic Society, and the Asperger Rights Movement. We also have a small library of books that may be borrowed. Everyone is welcome and there is no charge for the meeting. Tea, coffee and biscuits are provided.
