Andy is an autistic adult and the founder of Spectrum Gaming, a community that supports 1,700 autistic young people across the UK. He’s been nationally recognised for his commitment to autistic young people and represents their views in strategic groups and partnerships. Previously, Andy worked at a local authority as an advocate for SEND Young People and co-chaired the North West SEND Young People's Coproduction Network. Andy worked with the Spectrum Gaming team and autistic young people to create Autism Understood, a website about autism for autistic young people.
