E-learning platform change
We are excited to share that we will be launching a new way to access our e-learning modules in February 2025
If you are a new customer and are wanting to complete the e-learning modules prior to the end of January 2025, you can purchase and access these on our existing platform.
Please complete any courses you have enrolled on and remember to download your certificate before the 31 January 2025. Partial progress of courses and previous certificates will not be available on the new platform.
If you are an existing user and have purchased e-learning modules from 1 July 2024 these will automatically be transferred onto our new platform. You will receive further communication around accessing the new e-learning platform in February 2025.

What is changing?
We are changing our e-learning platform where our e-learning modules are hosted and accessed.
How will this affect me?
This will not affect any e-learning modules you have purchased. They will still be available for you.
We will email you in February 2025 with information on how to access the new e-learning platform. Your login details will remain the same, but you will be prompted to change your password upon your first login.
I am a new customer and need to complete the modules urgently
If you are wanting to purchase and access e-learning modules and complete these prior to the 31 January 2025, you can purchase these through the current e-learning platform. Your account will then be transferred onto our new e-learning platform. We will email you details on how to access the new e-learning platform in February 2025.
If you do not plan to complete the online modules prior to the end of January 2025, we recommend waiting until February 2025 and purchasing these on the new platform.
I already use the current e-learning platform. What will happen to my e-learning modules?
If you already have a login and have purchased a course from 1 July 2024, we will email you with information in February 2025 with next steps.

Will I still be able to access the free courses?
Yes. Managing money and Finding employment will be available for you to access.
These will be freely available on our website instead of on our e-learning platform from February 2025. This means you will no longer need to have an account to use our free e-learning courses.
I have recently accessed the free Teen mental health e-learning module, will I still have access to this on the new e-learning platform?
Due to funding, this module was available for free across 2024, and has been extended until end of January 2025. The free version of this module is only available until end of January 2025.
If you wish to access this again, you will need to purchase and access this through our new platform.
If you have already started the module on our current e-learning platform, please ensure you complete this prior to the 31 January 2025 and ensure you have downloaded your certificate. History of this module and certificates, will not be transferred onto our new e-learning platform.
