The National Autistic Society's Cardiff and the Vale branch is a parent-led voluntary group that meets regularly to exchange information, advice and support in a sociable and friendly atmosphere.

The National Autistic Society's Cardiff and the Vale branch is run by parents of autistic children, young people and adults. We welcome anyone with a connection to autism and a diagnosis isn’t required. We provide local information, advice and support. We also hold regular coffee mornings where we support one another by sharing our experiences in a sociable and friendly atmosphere, you don’t need to be branch member to attend. The dates of our coffee mornings are advertised on our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/CAVNAS/.
