We offer services for individuals with Autism and ADHD. We specialise in offering adapted interventions for neurodiverse groups and treat a range of mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, and complex trauma. We can adapt a range of psychological interventions such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Compassion Focus Therapy. We can also offer support to adults with a recent diagnosis to understand and come to terms with their diagnosis, whilst capitalising on their strengths.
Additionally, we offer diagnostic assessments for adolescents and adults with possible ADHD and our clinicians will explore differential diagnoses during the assessment process. We are particularly skilled at working with individuals with autism and co-existing longer-term mental health difficulties, as our clinicians have worked in specialist services for people with ASD across community and in-patient settings.
