Why choose us for your coaching sessions?

Many of our coaches have lived experience of neurodivergence. As a result, they have developed strategies that work to manage their own professional working life and their personal life. These strategies can be taught to you, so that you can manage both work and everyday life more easily.

How do sessions work? 

These online sessions can be tailored to fit your specific needs. You might want to look at one or a combination of the following areas:

• Developing your executive functioning skills: We will focus on strengthening your ability to prioritise, organise, review and work flexibly.
• Managing time: Using your calendar/ diary & time more effectively.
• Managing your To Do List: Helping you to work more effectively. Tweaking any current systems which you’d like to work better for you. 
• Managing space: Decluttering/organising your workspace at home or at work.
• Managing paperwork: Setting up a filing system so that you can find documents quickly.
• Managing mail: Developing more effective strategies to sort your emails and mail.
• Developing better work relationships: We’ll explore how you communicate so that you can manage boundaries more effectively, thus minimising workplace frustrations.

We can also offer you advice with your claim forms, making it easier to claim for your Access to Work funding.

Coaching for employees with ASD means that sessions are tailored to your individual needs, which may include the following:
