I am a psychotherapist that has been in practice for nearly 35 years and gained vast experience of working with people of from all walks of life with all kinds of issues, conditions and diagnoses including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, schizophrenia, bipolar, depression. relationship difficulities and many others.

My approach is an integration of many psychotherapeutic approaches that include, working with the body, breathing and relating in a human way which accepts unique individuals rather than labels to be treated when, what is normal anyway? I work with individuals, couples and provide supervision for professional counsellors ad psychotherapists. 

Face to face sessions are held at my practice in the Watford area. Online sessions are also possible.
