Autism Mentoring and coaching. Feel like you work differently to people around you? Struggling to understand yourself? Coaching or mentoring could help. Coaching is working with someone who understands Autism and neurodiversity, who is there to help you understand and figure out how your brain works. Help you create a sorta handbook for your brain.

Coaching and mentoring can help you pre/ post diagnoses, help you build and develop self confidence, develop strategies to help you manage at work, develop coping strategies and manage feelings. I am a neurodivergent myself and have qualifications and experience in the neurodiverse field.
