Blackpool Talking Therapies (NHS)
Main information
NHS Blackpool Talking Therapies offers free and confidential evidence-based, time-limited therapeutic interventions. These include: guided self-help, cognitive behavioural therapy, counselling, and a range of wellbeing courses and workshops.
We offer the option of appointments via our video consultation platform, Attend Anywhere, as well as telephone and face-to-face treatment. All treatment is FREE and provided by Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
