I am a person-centred Autistic ADHD counsellor who has my own private practice that specialises in neurodivergence. I offer a warm, kind and empathic service that puts my clients to the forefront of our time together to provide a space where clients can process their challenges at a pace that suits them. I have worked with many adults that are awaiting a diagnosis, have freshly received there diagnosis and those who have known for a long time but are not sure what a diagnosis would do for them.

I work with common mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship problems, bereavement, work place issues, bullying and stress as well as work with specific areas such as premenstrual disorders, obesity, LGBTQ+ challenges and I work with those affected by cancer diagnosis.

For those in the Sheffield area I can provide face to face therapy as well as online counselling via Google Meet. I do work in accordance of the BACP & NCPS Ethical frameworks and I take a lot of pride in the work I do and emotional holding I give to my clients.
