My name is Alex and I have worked with neurodivergent individuals for the last 20 years.

I provide autism specific coaching and mentoring to clients helping them to achieve their goals. I work in partnership with individuals to offer a non-judgemental space allowing honesty and reflection, creating realistic robust personalised strategies to help people develop.

I offer a range of services including working with 17-24 year olds on transitional elements of their movement towards independence, employment-focused support and generalised mentoring to create a holistic approach. I also work with professional organisations delivering training and offering consultancy.

Through personalised sessions, I work with clients to identify their strengths and weaknesses, developing strategies to overcome obstacles and achieve success. My approach is based on a deep understanding of human behaviour and positive psychology.
