Our charge rates (attached) are very competitive, and our service is outstanding to support your Good CQC ratings, we aim to keep it that way, and with improvements where possible. We work closely with our clients in order to improve where necessary. I have revised our rates for you and are open for negotiation. All of our staff are -: 1) Fully vetted 2) Fully trained - Mandatory, Moving & Handling, Confidentiality, Safeguarding, PMVA, etc 3) DBS (Formerly CRB) checked 4) References obtained from previous employers 5) Ongoing training (making sure all staff are up to date with their training 6) Staff profiled/proforma sent to all clients prior to the worker taking up a shift for the first time
