Edge Group Scotland Ltd is a Musselburgh-based transitions service for young adults who are autistic and/or have additional support needs (ASN). We work exclusively with autistic and additional support needs young adults who are transitioning into adulthood and want greater independence and control in choosing their own path.
We are committed to person-centred support, evidence-based practices, and mentorship. Our mission is to inspire autistic young adults and those with ASN in Scotland to achieve their full potential through holistic, individualised support. We aim to facilitate positive change, celebrate independence, and guide them through their transition to adulthood.

- Our day service programmes are designed to support young adults who are Autistic or have other Additional Support Needs (ASN) by providing them with the skills, confidence, and experiences necessary to lead independent and fulfilling lives. We offer a comprehensive range of activities, focusing on employability, supported volunteering, independent travel training, healthy cooking, and outdoor sports. Each programme is meticulously planned and delivered by a team of dedicated professionals who are experts in their field and passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of our participants.
Transitions Programme
- A full-time, specialist-supported day programme for School Leavers (16 -19 years old) who are autistic or have other additional support needs (ASN) and need a more holistic, vocational approach to support their transition to adulthood.
Life Programme
- A part-time supported day service for young adults (20 - 35 years old) who are autistic or have other additional support needs (ASN) that delivers opportunities to develop real-life independence while supporting them to mature in the world around them.

Based in Lothian, we're proud to serve our local community with specialist support services. Our operations are overseen by a highly experienced Registered Mental Health nurse, bringing over 35 years of expertise. Since 2016, we've grown alongside the young people and families who shape our services, offering bespoke, individualised support that focuses on transitions, independent living skills, and other key life skills.
