ELAS is a social group for adults aged 16 and over with Asperger syndrome (AS) living in Edinburgh and the Lothians though people from outside the area are welcome to attend too. ELAS holds a weekly meet in the arts district around Lothian Road, usually in a cinema/theatre bar, and a weekly video meet on Skype: contact for the link. Aims to provide an opportunity for people with AS to accept, value and support one another; provide information about AS and local events; invite speakers to meetings; and link people with local support such as befriending and supported employment.
