Express CIC is an independent user led voluntary sector organisation supporting autistic young people and their families. In brief we offer: Counselling for parent/carers, Counselling for autistic young adults aged 16+, Connect Clubs for autistic young adults aged 16-19 and 19-25, Creative Therapy both 1:1 and in small groups for autistic young people aged 5+, Drama Club for autistic young people aged 8+, BUDs pre-school group for autistic young people aged 3+, Siblings groups. In addition we offer peer support for parents / carers. These are both online and in person.
