I provide pre and post diagnostic support to young people, adults and their families. Adapted psychological intervention for autistic individuals with mental health needs (such as anxiety, low mood, depression, OCD) and support for young people in transition into adulthood. I can also help develop understanding of challenges getting into education and provide advice for education settings. I use various therapeutic approaches including; EMDR, CBT, ACT, third wave CBT approaches, systemic approaches including Narrative therapies. I offer some face to face work and online support.
