Main information

Type of service: Befriending/mentoring

Inclusive Approaches are a neurodivergent-led disability positive knowledge hub, providing in-work support, specialist autism mentoring at university, and organisational consultancy. We specialise in developing the skills that autistic and neurodivergent candidates may need to find employment, provide ongoing in-work coaching and advocacy, and support autistic students to get the best out of their university experience, all from a neurodivergent-affirming perspective. We also work with managers and HR professionals to provide experts by experience training and guidance to support business disability and inclusion strategies. All our services are offered remotely, providing complete flexibility and ensuring you can access them in a space most comfortable for you. In many cases, our employment and education support can be fully funded under government funding criteria. We can support you with your application. We promote positive neurodivergent identities in all we do, with our services being adaptable and person specific to ensure you get the most from your time with us.
