James Cook is a Partner in the Private Client Bedford Row team at Russell-Cooke LLP. James advises on estate and succession planning, wills, probate, trusts (with a focus on trusts for disabled and/or vulnerable individuals), tax-planning, lasting powers of attorney, enduring powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters. His work often includes international elements whereby he advises both UK and non-UK clients. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
