I provide therapy and coaching for autistic adults and young people. I use a wide range of methods to help people understand how they experience autism and create a tool kit to help support them in life. I also use hypnosis as a tool to slow down a busy and anxious mind, focus on positive outcomes, as well as an opportunity for clients to experience deep relaxation and calm their nervous system.

Hourly Rate £75 per session £35 per half hour to write supplementary reports.
