I am a qualified and experienced counselling therapist and clinical supervisor and I work integratively, that is using various modalities including solutions-focussed, CBT, DBT, person-centred and psychodynamic.

I work pretty much exclusively with children/teens and adults who are Autistic and/or ADHD. These are my preferred people to work with.

I also work with the overlap or co-occurring conditions that often go alongside Autism, such as anxiety, social anxiety, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and other specific learning difficulties and disabilities.

I also work with adults and family members affected by these issues.

My services are catered to people on the Autism spectrum and/or people with Challenging behaviour, Moderate learning disabilities, Mental health problems & Physical disability. 

I accept people from anywhere within the UK. People outside the UK are considered dependent on country and applicable laws in that country.
