At Landau, we recognise there is no age limit to learning. Our ultimate aim is to help learners overcome barriers through our person-centred approach, small group sizes and safe, practical work-related environments. In essence, we are a stepping stone for those that need the time to develop and gain independence as well as a link to future employment. We work closely with local authorities, partners and families to upskill and develop those who face barriers to learning. We allow our learners the space to understand how their education equips them with the attitude and skills necessary to grow, and offer high quality services which inspire them to make the most of their opportunities
