Our business is called Life Gym UK. Life Gym UK is an online, inclusive coaching platform, suitable for all budgets and needs. We are a company made up of academic and wellbeing specialists who create tailored coaching programmes to suit the needs of each individual client. We take a skills-based approach to learning to make sure that every student is equipped to reach their goals. We look at every student holistically to make sure that they have tools not just to meet their current targets, but so that they acquire skills for life. Our skill-based approach is founded on the principles of Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Positive Behaviour Support and is designed to build self-esteem and develop personal growth. Our services are suitable for everyone. This means they are suitable for those with varied backgrounds and those with specific conditions such as autism, ADHD, PDA, dyslexia, anxiety, and other learning barriers.

Our directors, Holly Smith and Elena Michael, have a combined 18 years' experience working with neurodiverse and non-neurodiverse students in the areas of education, wellbeing and social skills. Whether the client has a condition or not, our services are designed to build skills from the bottom up. At our core, we believe skills education must be flexible, adapt to the person, and be able to evolve with their needs.
