Type of service: Residential services

Linkage Care Services, part of the Linkage Community Trust, provide a wide range of services designed to meet the needs of adults with a variety of learning difficulties and associated problems including epilepsy, communication difficulties, autistic spectrum disorders, sensory impairment and physical disabilities. Care Services operate a range of residential care homes, currently 17, and a specially-equipped respite home, generally located in centres of population within the East Lindsey District of Lincolnshire, Lincoln and Grimsby. Opportunities for progression to supported living are an integral part of the service. This now extends to include service provision to others in the community. Service users also benefit from the provision of Linkage's own corporate Clinical Services Team including a Consultant Psychiatrist, Speech and Language Therapists and Behavioural consultant.
