New purpose built independent specialist residential school opened October 2012. We provide personalised education, care and support for children and young people with autism. Priority is given to developing communication, self-management, choice making and skills required in preparation for adult life. The curriculum runs throughout the waking day through a variety of meaningful, functional, exciting, and motivating facilities at the school and our children learn through: Daily routines; Independent living skills; Academic activities; Physical activities; Personal care; Therapy; and Personal, social and health education Individualised learning programmes are written by a multi-disciplinary team and each child and young person is matched with an experienced and skilled team to support learning throughout the day.
