Counselling and Psychotherapy for women in Huthwaite (Sutton-in-Ashfield) Nottingamshire/Derbyshire area. 

During Covid-19 I work predominately over the phone or video with limited face-to-face sessions available.

I specialise in short-term and long-term contracts,  and my services are open to all young women and adults.

My services are catered to women with asperger syndrome, high functioning autism, autism, challenging behaviour, moderate learning disabilities, mental health problems, visual impairment or physical disabilities. I also have extensive experience in working with a variety of issues including anger, abuse, anxiety issues,  addiction(s), depression,  PTSD, self-harm, trauma, child-related issues, cultural issues, eating disorders, general issues, identity issues, sexual identity and spirituality.
