Private therapy practice in Ashford, Kent. Either face to face or online, if preferred. I work with many autistic people. I regularly attend additional training to make sure I am up to date with the latest recommendations on how best to support autistic individuals. I am also a mum to an autistic child who helps me to understand the World from her perspective which is an extra benefit.

Each person is unique and because of the is, my work with clients is individually planned and flexible depending on the person sitting in front of me at the time. I work in a solution focused way to help you to achieve your own goals.
