MioCare Group (Supported Living Service)

Main information

The MioCare Group provide bespoke supported living services across Oldham, for adults who have diagnoses of learning disability and/or autistic spectrum conditions, as well as mental health needs and physical disabilities.

We work towards the shared goal of enabling the people we support to lead healthy, rewarding and fulfilling lives, in partnership with relevant stakeholders and multi-disciplinary health and social care teams. This can include support with eating and drinking, communication, protecting people’s rights and liberties, medication administration and management, daily living skills, maintaining their home, personal care, learning and developing new skills, work and occupation, leisure and social activities, emotional regulation and accessing the community.

Age: From age 18 to 98
