Every child is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution to modifying and adjusting a child’s sleeping patterns. I hold a certified diploma in children’s autism and anxiety as well as being a qualified children's and adult nurse with many years of experience, and a Health Visitor, I specialize in creating customized sleep packages tailored to each child's individual needs.

I offer courses designed to ensure your child enjoys restful nights, which in turn enhances their overall health. Whilst holding a certified diploma in children’s autism and anxiety, it provides me with the expertise to address the unique challenges faced by children with these conditions.
