We are a voluntary organisation dedicated to the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children and adults with severe and profound intellectual disabilities, including people with a diagnosis of autism. Our services and information can be accessed online from anywhere. We help people to understand how to promote emotional wellbeing and mental health and offer training and advice on anxiety, emotional regulation, depression and trauma.
