I run groups and 1:1 sessions. My groups are specifically for parents and carers who may need a little guidance, understanding and support in coming to terms with their child/children's diagnosis. Groups are either delivered via zoom or in person. I also work with individuals over the age of 15 who have been diagnosed with autism and/or adhd to understand a little more about what this may mean to them.
