I'm an integrative counsellor who specialises in supporting neurodivergent people. I have over 12 years’ experience of supporting people to improve their emotional and psychological wellbeing, and offer counselling for adults who are facing various challenges in their lives.

I'm autistic and ADHD myself, which gives me an additional layer of insight and understanding when I support neurodivergent people. I currently work online and over the telephone only. Face to face sessions will be available in South Shropshire from autumn 2023.

I offer private rates, concessions and free initial consultation.
