Hello, I am Natalie Meek, a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, CBT supervisor, and Lecturer in Clinical Psychology based in Hampshire, England. I have worked in the NHS for over 10 years in primary care mental health services, and have been working in the private sector for the past three years.

I am trained to support people with depression, anxiety, OCD, illness anxiety, Post-trauma stress, phobias, and panic. I also have additional training to support people living with chronic illnesses, such as chronic pain, IBS, and Long COVID. I work with a lot of adults with autism and ADHD and deliver neuro-affirming CBT.
