Mr Biodun Ogunyemi is a hypnotherapist and practitioner of neurolinguistic programming (NLP). He also is trained in eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
He has worked with families to reduce stress levels and help them cope with situations. He has helped people with autism spectrum disorder to reduce anxiety, increase confidence, to deal with obsessional behaviour, anger, depression and phobias. He can offer therapy sessions face to face, by email, telephone and Skype. Mr Ogunyemi's own professional development training has included courses on the topics of mindfulness in autism, and autism and mental health.
