ProblemShared

Main information

ProblemShared is a practitioner-led, CQC regulated online mind health provider, working with a community of expert practitioners to broaden access to the highest quality care for people across the UK. We work in partnership with institutions such as the NHS, insurance companies and universities to deliver NICE-informed therapy, neurodevelopmental assessments and post diagnostic care for adults, children and young people.

Our post-diagnostic support includes ADHD medication, where appropriate. We are also very proud to be the first Right to Choose provider in the UK to offer psychoeducation workshops. Our psychoeducation workshops are a space for clients and their families to learn more about themselves and their diagnoses. Our neurodevelopmental team of experts includes occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, nurses, clinical psychologist and psychiatrists. They conduct robust assessments over our private, encrypted video service. They are all highly qualified, certified by their relevant professional bodies and follow the codes of conduct drawn from NICE guidelines. Many of our team have led NHS ND practices and have significant experience in authoring new protocols informed by the most up-to-date research. We work in partnership with GPs to ensure we uphold and deliver the very best quality, joined up care.

At ProblemShared, we are committed to continually evolving and advancing the provision of mind health and neurodevelopmental care. We have embedded in our company culture an ethos of continual learning through in-house supervision and Continual Professional Development (CPD) training to ensure the quality of care we deliver is effective and the most up to date.
