I have both personal and professional experience of working with autistic adults and people with co-occurring or other neurodiverse conditions in particular ADHD. I am an award winning life and corporate coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation and the British Psychological Society. My service supports clients to raise their self-awareness and understand their diagnosis to enable the development of coping strategies and self advocacy. Assiting with identifying strengths, skills, interests and values along side understanding their personal challenges and needs to help make informed career choices. Support is given at all stages of job search and selection processes including applications, CV/ cover letters and interview skills. Workplace support helps employees thrive rather than survive in the work place, deal with communication and interpersonal issues, to better self adocate for support and reasonable adjustments. A key part of the coaching focuses on developing skills and strategies in managing challenges such as dealing with change, conflict, sensory overload, energy, anxiety, planning, procrastination, time management etc. Mentoring and advice is also offered to line managers and employers to raise awareness of neurodiverse conditions and to enable them to better support and manange their team member.
